PERTH PINK NEGRONI

35ml Perth Pink Gin

25ml Vermouth

15ml Aperol
-
Ice

Perthshire Raspberries (to garnish)

Add the Perth Pink, Vermouth and Aperol into your mixer with lots of ice.
Stir for 30 seconds

Strain into a martini or rocks glass over ice

Garnish with Perthshire Raspberries and enjoy!
PERTH PASSIONFRUIT MARTINI

1 ripe Passion fruit, halved

50ml Perth Gin Original
-
30ml Passoa
-
30ml Pineapple juice
-
1 tbsp Lime juice
-
1 tbsp Sugar syrup
-
25ml Prosecco , to serve

To a cocktail shaker, add the seeds from one half of the passion fruit, Perth Gin Original, passoa, pineapple juice, lime juice, sugar syrup and ice.
Shake well.

Strain into a martini Glass

Garnish with the other half of the Passionfruit and serve with the prossecco on the side!
MULLED WINTER SPICE

50ml Perth Spiced Winter Liqueur
-
150ml Apple Juice
-
Slice of Orange (to garnish)

Heat your apple juice in a pan or microwave.
Pour into a mug or suitable glass

Add Perth Gin Winter Spice to your mug

Finish with a slice of orange and cloves for that cozy feeling!
