CLASSIC PERTH GIN COCKTAILS

THE PERFECT PERTH PINK NEGRONI

35ml Perth Pink Gin
25ml Vermouth
15ml Aperol
Ice
Perthshire Raspberries (to garnish)

Combine and shake hard with ice for 30 seconds.

Strain into a glass over ice and serve with a Perthshire Raspberry.

THE PERTH GIN MARTINI

30ml Perth Gin Original
30ml Dry Vermouth
Ice
Lemon (to garnish)

Stir together over ice.

Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a simple twist of lemon.

THE PERTH 75

50ml Perth Pink Gin
25ml fresh lemon juice
4 tablespoons sugar syrup
Drizzle of Chambord
Ice
Perthshire raspberries (to garnish)

Shake the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup vigorously with ice. Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice.

Dribble the Chambord over the ice and add some Perthshire raspberries to garnish.

THE PERTHSHIRE BRAMBLE

50ml Perth Pink Gin
25ml fresh lemon juice
4 tablespoons sugar syrup
Drizzle of Chambord
Ice
Perthshire raspberries (to garnish)

Shake the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup vigorously with ice. Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice.

Dribble the Chambord over the ice and add some Perthshire raspberries to garnish.
